This is the newest jazz CD release from Los Angeles freelance Trumpeter Chris Tedesco. Eight tracks with a swingin big band and two, thirty piece classic studio jazz orchestra tracks. Vocalist Tony Galla sings two tracks with the Big Band and two tracks with the Jazz Orchestra.....he truly is a gift to this planet with his incredible voice. The album concept is back to the old days - one arranger for the project and one type of feel - swingin!. All of the arrangements except for one were done by Jim McMillen. Visions of Capitol records circa 1962....Sinatra and Basie in the studio should come to mind. Chris's fat trumpet sound is featured on every track along with some of LA's finest jazz musicians.
