    Scarlet's Remains
    The Palest Grey
Modern Los Angeles based deathrock with an edge.
Based out of Los Angeles, California, Scarlet's Remains formed in 2003 by founding member Tony Havoc (drums, formerly of Fearcult, Horrorshow, Hatesex, Voodoo Church) who recruited Johann Schumann (bass and ex Christian Death, Shadow Project, Mephisto Walz) and Brian Elizondo (guitar ex Sludgeclot, Resulles). Completing the lineup, eveghost joined as vocalist in summer 2004 and the debut album was recorded over a period of about 6 months. In early 2005 Scarlet's Remains signed to Dark Dimensions/Alice In... and the debut, self titled album was released. Summer 2004 saw Brian Elizondo depart and Benn Ra (ex Diva Destruction, Hatesex) stepped in on temporary guitar duties. Scarlet's Remains launched an onslaught of well-received live shows including New York's Drop Dead 3 Festival. As Benn Ra relocated to Germany and Scarlet's Remains parted ways with Johann Schumann, 2006 saw the addition of gothic-guitar legend and debut album producer Bari Bari (ex-Christian Death, Mephisto Walz) and bassist Marzia Rangel (The Deadfly Emsemble, Kastle Greyskull) to form the current lineup.
