    I Hate This Place
    Snowlights
    We lost our way again.
"When the lights have all gone down, this is where we start anew." Welcome to the land of Snowlights, a world brought to life in I Hate This Place’s sixth studio album. Traverse the barren pop landscape with IHTP’s Sean Nerney and friends Supa, Emily Angell, Kasia Nowakowska, Roman Tarassov and Lara Theodos as they search for meaning in life’s coldest of places. “We're friends so untypically paired, an interlocked menagerie of funny words.” Snowlights continues the I Hate This Place tradition of creating catchy electronic pop music with heart. However, a new audience will delight in the newly infused hip-hop elements, made possible by a close collaboration with Louisville-based rapper Supa. “All that makes sense in this frozen world is to burn to ashes from the sparks of our flame.” Though each of the songs can be enjoyed individually, Snowlights stands out as an album’s album, with each of the tracks inextricably linked to one another, each forming another piece of the journey. "I can build you a new world from brushstrokes. The fine lines that I weave are the words that we wrote."
