Justine Dorsey
Justine Dorsey EP
An eclectic mix of young, retro-pop songs with a modern edge.
Justine Dorsey has been acting professionally since she was six years old when she booked a national commercial for Dell computers. Justine has performed at the Hollywood Bowl in The Sound of Music (with John Schneider and Rachel York), has acted in several local and national commercials (McDonald’s, Silk Soymilk), was a supporting lead in a Hallmark television movie, A Grandpa for Christmas, appeared in The Sarah Silverman Program as “Amber the pageant girl”, performed live as Kirsten, Felicity, Nelly, and Kit in The American Girl Revue at the Los Angeles Grove, performed voiceover for the upcoming movie Santa Buddies, and has a recurring role as Rob Lowe’s daughter, Sophia McCallister, on the hit TV Series Brothers & Sisters.
Though Justine has had great success as an actress, her true love is music, both writing and performing live. She discovered her voice early when she recorded a song for a Christmas compilation album at the age of 7 and steadily worked on developing her singing talent throughout the years. Her powerful live presence, coupled with her dazzling jazz-inflected delivery is thrilling crowds across SoCal and the buzz is building. Justine is currently finishing writing songs for her debut album, Colorwheel.
