Fish Out of Water

Fish Out of Water (F.O.W.) is your premier rock, funk, reggae, and hip-hop specialist. Over the past
ten years, they have developed one of the best entertaining live shows by combining these four musical
styles into one formula known as RoPhunk RaeHop. This all original, high-energy class act brings a
solid groove with a positive message, captivating the audience with their music.

[ “It’s as if Led Zeppelin, Bootsie Collins, Bob Marley, and Ice Berg Slim were wrapped up into one
bad-ass persona.” Griffith Jackson - Sacramento News & Review ]

With their strong stage presence and funky beats, F.O.W. has been rapidly conquering the
United States. The group completed a national tour in 2009 in support of their third album
Harvest Your Thoughts. The tour turned a profit which included over fifty shows in twenty-four states.
February 20th, 2010 marks the starting date for their second national tour in support of their latest work
The Dream. This six song EP was recorded at Total Access Studios in Redondo Beach, CA - the same
studio and engineer that produced Sublime’s self-titled album Sublime and Second Hand Smoke, as well
as Guns N’ Roses’ muli-platinum records Use Your Illusion 1 and 2. The band has shared the stage with
such acts as G. Love and Special Sauce, Fishbone, and The Wailers, and has played such venues as House
of Blues - San Diego, Caesar’s Palace - Lake Tahoe, Northstar Ski Resort - Truckee, Cliffs Resort -
Shell Beach, and thousands (yes, they have played over a thousand shows) more.

Cousins Kyle and Brandon Moon, born less than one month apart, began the group in 2000. Since the
beginning, this multi-talented duo has consistently switched between guitar, bass, and vocals, creating a
diverse sound within the music. With the recent addition of drummer Russell Lundgren, they have
solidified their rhythmic core, becoming a true three piece powerhouse. Their full set can include an hour
of acoustic music, depending on the venue’s needs. The rest of the performance includes costume
changes, danceable beats, and the time of your life.

Socially conscience, F.O.W. uses their music to its fullest potential, raising as much as $5,000 for such
causes as hurricane relief, cancer research, and foster care. They hope their actions will one day inspire
the rest of the world to give what you can with what you have. Fish Out of Water commands the senses,
moves the masses, and leaves you contemplating love, life, and everything in between.
