Brad Ard has written some very original music that pulls you in deeper every time you listen to it. The first time you listen to these 12 tunes might just be a little overwhelming. This music is groove based with thoughtfully developing melodies and evolving harmonies peppered with solos that become an integral part to each and every composition.
If you want a break from standard forms you owe it to yourself to immerse yourself in this work. This could very well be tomorrow's classical jazz art music!

kick-ass first album!!
author: Joe LedvoraThis is a great album, a fine balance of Jeff Beck-inspired "Warriors Reception", jazz/fusion/funk of "Gas Bag" and "Cometary Debris", dancing guitar of "Skittering", contemplative (post-journey) mellow of "Misty Morning", and the inspiring (my fav) "Diver Dance". A strong CD by a fluent guitarist/musician. This all-instrumental is great to listen to while working on the Mac (or PC).
