ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
100 Watt Mind is a hard-hitting psychedelic rock band.

We don't set out to write songs in the style of any genre. We can do hard, soft, punk and country. We find a cool line or progression and let intuition take hold. That's why there's such a variety. We're all very much on the same point about what we play. We're not trying to fit in anywhere. We're more of a collective vessel for the group mind.

"Consisting of Brynna Dean (vocals), Skyler Squiglio (guitar), Nathan Hurlocker (bass), and Rob Morris (drums), the band is often described as psychedelic rock, with comparisons drawn to Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Queens of the Stone Age. The band formed in 2009 and has undergone a constant evolution... Persistence, demand for perfection and four years of hard practice and live shows have culminated in a masterful debut record."
