ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Thirteen Over Eight is a five piece emotional rock outfit from Reading, Pennsylvania. Starting in the late 90's, Thirteen Over Eight has grown into an in-your-face, aggressive, melodic rock-n-roll machine. After a few demos and line-up changes, the band now has a solid roster and a new six song EP on drp records (Anthrophobia and Eastcide).

Thirteen Over Eight has a sound all their own, along with influences from such bands as Glassjaw, Thursday, and the Deftones. Their live show is another story all together: an emotional, high energy roller coaster. Not only is Thirteen Over Eight's live show loaded with energy and emotion, their non-stop movements and the visuals of every band member screaming the lyrics pulls in even the most hard to please audiences and keeps them entertained through the whole set.Buy the CD now and you'll be happy you did. Look for the band to be on tour soon in a town near you!

AMAZING EP from a great PA band
This EP is outstanding. I first heard thirteen over eight from a demo i got about 4 years ago, then later saw them and picked up this EP. Like the review says.. if you like glassjaw, thursday, deftones.. you will LOVE this cd. Sucks this band broke up, as they would have become huge. Definitely worth the $8.

Thirteen Over Eight has created an emotional masterpiece. Every single song is screaming with energy, and passion. I really respect this band a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing them release a full length down the line...keep up the emo hardcore movement!

Aggression is here
With a raw sound harkening of garage style demos you get an in-your-face sound from 13 over 8. This listener is more reminded of a less angry sounding Pantera mixed with Sevendust. If you're looking for aggression look no further it's here with 13 over 8.

The EP is a great cd. If your not watching them live your can listen to them in
Seeing them play live is what everybody who has herd the EP should do. The cd will be great if its half as good as the EP. Buy it to hear something that is truly amazing. Matt Mecabe I shit in your desk at school.
