ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Fronted by lead vocalist, Diana Adams, this band started out as a solo project and expanded over the years with the talents or Roy Adams and Mike Webb. They are currently working on their second full length album. A follow-up on their first "Where The Souls Wander"-2004. While they have been through more band members than Pamela Anderson, they manage to keep going. Driven by the knowledge that they are a one of a kind act which has forced them to cast aside the arcane idealism of genres leaving only one term to desribe themselves by.... DARK METAL

GothicPreacher

heard stronger than this lyrically
I actually heard a stronger band in the USBM catagory from Illinois after being on the billing with this band twice (I was actually on Gothicfest 2005 in Villa Park. I am going on as an old moniker here.) Die's vocals actually get the job done, but they lack true visceral and frightening content in their dark delivery. I have to be honest I play this CD sparingly, I used to date a witch when I was 21-22 years old. This could be something she can truly get into in terms of the lyrics. I personally grew up on lyrics that really frightened people using this style of heavy metal. The guitarist as he plays on here really could take a few cues from Dimebag Darrell and played a lot faster and actually do some shred solos. That is my I give this one a four star rating than a five. True they combine thrash, doom, Gothic and black metal here. I actually personally can play a lot faster than Mathew here as a guitarist because I combine a tenacity akin to VOIVOD because I actually learned from watching Piggy play. The track that is very strong here is the opening track called The Dead. I've heard their cover of Hungry Like The Wolves. Personally they could learn more from the much heavier bands in this genre, and play more with horror type storytelling.
