1 DA BOY’S first independent album release was entitled "Down South Texan", which featured Pimp C, Z-Ro, Lil Flip, Lil Keke, ESG, Ron Artest (Sacramento Kings) and Mookie Jones. He’s also worked with artists such as Chris Ward (Boss Hawg Outlawz) & Spice 1.

The eagerness of the upcoming debut double – albums (yes a 2 album release) titled “Don’t Watch Me Watch TV” and “The Devil Makes Me Cry Sometimes” contains infectious iced out tracks from searing hot producers, such as Shadow Black Productions, Lil Sam of Houston, TX, Lil Kano Hot Traxx, and his label mate Nate Digidi.
