The album was going to be called Only the Paranoid Survive until just yesterday when my paranoia got the better of me and found the other title No Junk Mail Please. What were the titles that came before it? Mr. Greenie was an early frontrunner that for a time became the assumed nominee. Robertson’s Dream Orchard had fine merit in the fields of continuity and artistic imagery. Then there was 21 Random Tepees, a humorous embarrassment. I think by limiting your exposure to advertising you are less likely to fall prey to its devices, and more likely to find your own path, which is apparently what we are all seeking. I think that what is better than recycling is not using in the first place.
