Album Notes

24E unveils a high energy live performance with songs that demonstrate a timeless sound.

The band displays a great appreciation and knowledge of rock'n'roll and the ability to use dynamics with influences such as U2, Matchbox Twenty and Train.

Adler's bass fills when necessary with melodic bass lines that fit the song. Auer's "perfect-fit" drumming is neither lacking nor over-the-top. cblime's lead vocals are strong and confident, with plenty of swagger, at times recalling various famous progenitors: a bit of Van Morrison on "Can't Let Go", Mick Jagger on "She Move's Me", Tom Petty on "Love Is" Tingley's lead guitar playing makes it obvious that he's a student of the guitar, displaying an excellent knowledge of the past and present.

An excellent window into the 24E live experience.

Live From Jupiter.. Start to My Heart

It was a great day for me when a friend/promoter for 24E introduced me to the California-based band on MySpace. Being a music lover, I have listened to many artists and bands, but I was so touched and surprised when I heard 24E. Nothing I had listened to before compared to these guys. Right away, I could feel a strong connection these guys have for each other. Chad Fegerstrom, lead vocals; Bryan Auer, drums; Travis Tingley, Guitars; and Steve Adler, Bass; blend together so well in all the 24E songs and the listener can visualize the team working, composing and playing their tunes with a deep commitment to their fans and to each other. No doubt, this group of guys are experienced musicians! The more I listened, the more I became aware that these guys are writing about their life experiences and emotions and are sharing them with the world. 24Es music touches the heart and soul of the listener. Some of my favorites from the cd “From Stagger to Wind” include “Deeper” and “Unfold.” The tempo of the music and message in the tunes has me singing along, unfolding and becoming more deeply immersed into the sound. “To Know My Heart,” from the cd “Live From Jupiter,” reached in and captured my heart with its piercing lyrics and musical composition. Once I heard the song, I knew I wanted to hear more. 24Es new cd, “Monks, Monsters and the Suffering,” is due out sometime later this year and I can’t wait. I would highly recommend 24E, who are truly the constant state of music.

This is a fantastic live album! All the tracks are solid and well balanced. Great classic rock! Fantastic vocals! These guys have an all around great sound! They play as well live as they do in the studio. Check out 'From Stagger to Wind' their 2007 studio release.
