Second Sinai is a collection of songs just recorded over the past few months.
Although they are christian in content,they have a wide variety of influences.
Rick Asmega's guitar playing brings to mind the styles of Eric Clapton, Larry Carlton, Jeff Beck and Carlos Santana, the songs have a beatle and steely dan type influence as well as a blues and rock overtone.
Joey Fielding's high class vocals make you think of Richard Marx and Paul McCartney through out each song.
Rick Asmega is the Chief Engineer/Producer and owner of Reel Adventures, a professional 48 track recording studio and mastering suite in NH. He's produced a national hit, and has done work for PBS, NOVA, the BBC, FRONTLINE, and WCVB. His talent has won two EMMY nominations and a winning EMMY Award this last year. He is a bass player and guitarist with over 44 years experience and has performed on more thirty some-odd albums over the last decade, working with people such as Ricky Nelson, Bo Diddely, and the great jazz saxophonist Arthur Prysock. Rick has recently been asked to submit his bio to the International Biographical Centre in Cambridge, England for inclusion in the next International Who's Who In Music.
