3canal, 'Rapso soldiers' on a mission, spreading the POWER of the WORD in the RIDDEM of the WORD. 3canal's music is more than just festive music from the Caribbean island of Trinidad & Tobago, it speaks of our humanity, the complexities and the sweetness and pain and joy of life, the interconnectedness of all things.
Coming from a unique place [Trinidad & Tobago] where the Old World meets the New, where the East meets the West, historically, politically, geographically, socially, and ideologically the music reflects the hybridization and juxtaposition of life.
This album was the soundtrack from "The 3canal Show '07 an annual performance event in the Trinidad Carnival Festival.
