The music video was awesome. It was so well done. It had a great story that really made you think! I normally listen to Christian Rock but took a chance with this type of music and I'm thrilled I did. I really enjoyed the song!

We Create Our Own Reality (For Better Or For Worse)
author: H & G Howe
Award-winning music video for the song, "Better?". An intimate and disturbing look at one woman's depression. Solid performance from Amanda Stephens. Very believable. She has hypnotic eyes. The video is very thought-provoking. I found myself relating to it on a multitude of levels. Following the inter-weaving story-lines, one continuously wonders which one is the dream/day-dream/reality. Our only clue is the haunting lyrics, and yearning music. The video is technically as well as artistically excellent. The use of a limited palette of colours immediately sets and maintains the mood. The use of repetition, dropping the keys and the can slipping down, also give powerful emotional moments. The music seems to oppose the dreary images on the screen. It wants to stir us up and get us going, which it does. It's a good story to go with a great song, wonderfully written and directed, visually beautiful, and I like the music a lot!
