Members hail from several legendary local Pacific Northwest bands, like Attacko, The Spaceneedles, Hot Lava Monsters, Bloodhag and The Seamonkees. Searing guitar licks are provided by none other than Thom Beckman who writes most of the trio’s material. The rhythm section is filled out by Jim Freeman on bass and Rodd Karp on drums. You know that drag strip smell? Burning rubber, super-heated metal, exhaust, dust, grease, spilled beer. Smells like speed. '63 Burnout evokes that same high-octane aroma. Try out Nashville Stomp or Theme From Attacko to see what I mean. Cinch your harness tight and take a deep breath, 'cause this music launches hard.

Excellent CD!

These guys must’ve had a great time making this CD. All of the music is pure good-time energy from start to finish. Tracks 5 and 8 let you catch your breath a little bit and then they're right back at it. (One can’t help but imagine the Stray Cats after a few hours of wicked drinking at a bar, coming back to their ride and finding all of the hubcaps stolen, the tires slashed and a parking ticket on the windshield.) This CD makes a bad day all right.
