Album Notes

64 South was established in June 2005 in Swanton Oh, west of Toledo. The band members consist of Tim Black on guitars, Paul Black on guitars, Derrik Charles on bass, Eric Jenne, percussion and back-up vocals, and lead vocalist Matt Poca. The band agreed to perform only original music and lyrics written by the band members. 64 South is currently writing and performing new music, which will be on their next CD release in early 2007. The band is looking to expand their instrument base by adding a keyboard player.
The music is upbeat and written in a classic rock style.
A great addition to any music collection.

Great music, Great show

This is a great cd.  I have listened to them live and they can really get the crowd into it.  The music has a great feel to it and it's great to listen to.  The music has a tendency to wear on you quickly as well.  It's almost a mixture of new rock and classic rock, at leat to me.

As I said in the short review I liked that the band wrote all the music and lyrics.  I had the opportunity to see 64 South live at a local bar and they rock the house.  Everyone got into the music and the entire place seemed to enjoy all of their songs.  The CD is just as good as the live band.  I would reccommend this CD to anyone interested in rock and classic rock and roll.

I really enjoy this CD!  It is the most listened CD in my collection!  All the songs have a good message.  I am looking forward to the next CD!  Can't wait until it comes out.
