Larry W. Maldonado, Sr. was born in the small town of St. Pauls, North Carolina.

His grandmother Gertrude bought him his first guitar and gave him his first guitar lesson.

He grew up with an influence from many great guitarist such as Chet Atkins,Chuck Berry,Roy Clark,Ricky Scaggs and Jimmy Hendrix.
Larry once played at the "WRANGLER SHOWDOWN" and came in 2nd.place with a song he wrote and performed in the contest.
Larry played lead guitar for many bands,none of whom were ever reconized,however it gave Larry the experience and practice that he needed to master his own style of guitar playing. He has been compared to performers such as PINK FLYOD,DAVE MATTHEWS,CHARLIE DANIELS and CARLOS SANTANA,to mention a few. As you can probably see,he is very versatile and I don't think he'd have it any other way! He loves playing what he feels and hopes the messages are delivered!

His love of playing guitar was on hold for a time but now Larry is back and better than ever.

He hopes to bring the enjoyment of listening to music to others the way he enjoys playing music.

After all, music can be one of our strongiest stimulants as well as one of our most powerful release (relaxation) outlets.
