What it do world. Let me welcome you for a cool session of soul life & energy..Pre cush is a collection of musical gems captured @ The Blue Room" directly in the center of Little Jerusalem aka Compton CA.I didn't try to put this album together I just let it grow with time..

The first tune " A change is in the midst" is the newest cut on the album..we recorded the song a week a so before 2007 ended..A lot of things occured in tha 07 that seemingly affected us all..this song is a rally cry to simply do those things we know we need to do but slackin on it..Just some motivation folks..in the words of J-$imm$ " No more pitfalls just installs".

"My Soundclick" is on that real hip hop vibe like a mug..I was trynna enter this cut for the Soundclick Anniversary Contest but was too late..thought I'd let my peeps hear some more of dat break beat sample ish though.

We dig deeper on "Wiff a Smoke" usin the same drums & kicks but layered the precussion with soulful chops & a whistle that could mellow out a hungry rattle snake ready to act up..I performed this cut @ The Airliner in La & during the hook my Burris Ave fam passed me a kush blunt while I was on stage performing..I will never forget that "Wiff a Smoke"!!!! REALLY DOE

Juda Starr Ent. & Bring Dat Beat Back put together a show @ The Roc in Costa Mesa with Too Short as the Headliner..so in promoting the show I tagged a commercial on the front of this funkee little dittie called "Let it Bump" feat J-$imm$..if u got beat in ya ride..get ready cause this track got a thick baseline that comes out of nowhere..accompanied by J-$imm$ & BZ's colorful lyrics and wordplay..this ones a doozee..so shet tha @!@* UP!!! & " LET IT BUMP"!!!!!

"Everybody was Kung Foo Fighting" fa sho..my peeps asked me to come up with a jingle for a short film they were working on..They said it was about some cats who were marching in a peace rally..then started fighting over a girl..i gotta admit this is my favorite track..

I gotta admit this chick put it on me 1 time..got me caught up a little bit..but a... she taught me some things & i had to dedicate a song ta ya ma..so with tha help of my comrad Big loc These we laid on down in spittin about what goes on in one getting caught up..realizing it then moving on..WHATCHASAIBOO

The last cut BZ bears his soul..All I gotta say is "WHEN WE WAS LIKE THIS AND IT WAS ALL SO BEAUTIFUL"....
