Nine Lives of a Healer is an epic musical journey through the divine nature of the soul. At once calming and energizing, it is intended to infuse the listener with a sense of beauty, joy and peace.

The CD was created specifically for meditation and healing arts such as reiki, yoga, tai chi and qigong. It was commissioned by Seattle Reiki Master Thomas D. Kinzie, who frequently uses music in his Reiki treatments and healing ceremonies. "Music has an incredibly powerful effect on the human spirit. It is my belief that this music will help to bring true healing and joy to people's lives."

Jesse Stern is a composer, producer, musician and healer living in Los Angeles, CA. He writes songs, music for film and TV, and works as a session bassist and guitarist. He has performed with artists as diverse as Airto Moreira, Ricardo Lemvo, Coolio, Della Reese, Karen Black and Weezer.

Stern practices and teaches Reiki; he has also been an avid student of yoga and tai chi for many years. His life goal is to help heal the world with music.
