ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album, is more than anything a 'legacy' piece for two very special little girls. One of whom is 15 (as of this writing), the other was considerably older when her magnificent dance ended two years ago. The link between these two was a circumstance that can only be described as cosmic in its effect. Details notwithstanding, it was an actual 'Dream' that would unite these two in a way that would transcend blood, distance, and tradition. And as it turned out, it seems the Universe itself would ordain that I would be the sole reason for their introduction. Although this is beginning to sound a little nebulous and maybe just a bit cryptic, but this story is anything but. This is actually a love story in the most universal and truest sense. This is a story of life and what life is supposed to be. The passage from one generation to the next a standard of morality that is unshakable and certain under all conditions. True and real values manifested only by deed alone. With the little girls, I bore witness to Stories and Hugs, Acceptance and Love, and gentle nudges, all lavished on the eyes, ears, and soul of the younger little girl from the deep humanity of the elder little girl. And it was the synergy of this relationship, for the most part, that served as my primary inspirattion for the creation of this work. This album is a celebration of that bond and what it has meant to me. It is also a chronicle of a journey of awakening and an epiphany of a 'new' kind of sight. Truly 'seeing' some things for the first time. And I'm betting that this is probably not a bad thing...Thanks for listening, and we'll see you in the music...AHR
