ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The second single for the forthcoming album "The End Of The World" is an orchestral remake of "Angelus qui in terra descendit", first released in its original piano version on the debut album "Square" by Andrea Maria Ottavini in December 2008. This new version is powerful, more intense and evocative. The tension builds up in a long crescendo until the orchestra explodes in a commoving fortissimo and then, suddenly, everything becomes quiet, reaching the pianissimo, at the end, like a star fading out at the first lights of a new day...

In this song, the orchestra conducted by the composer hosts the emergent cartoon cover band of Kingdom Hearts music "The Key Chains" with the guitars provided by Stanley and Martina, synth effects by David Venus, and percussions by the duo Maika and Joe (which improvises himself as timpanist).
