ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Its (Bud-Ez). B. U. D. hyphenated by the weed leaf so take it E. Z. (Bud-Ez) can be found in a little state known as Delaware, Dover to be exact. A hip-hop duo consisting of J-DUBBZ and X-CALIBER. The name (BUD-EZ) is more then just a play on words for marijuana, but also is something akin to ‘the buddies system’ in a sense. This world is pretty messed up these days and we feel that everyone should just be (BUD-EZ) and should learn to just get along and realize that we are all one on this planet and that we need to learn to accept everyone for who or what they are, not who or what they are not. So looking at it that way, (BUD-EZ) wants to be ‘buddies’ with everyone, man or woman, every color, and creed, and sit down, puff a blunt, talk about our situations and try to find peaceful ways to live and co-exist with one another. "Knowing what you stand for and what you wanna do is only half the battle. Putting action to the words takes a great deal of Focus, Preparation, and Mental stability." While embarking on this road called hip-hop these two MCs took it upon themselves to take the weight of the world on their shoulders doing everything completely INDEPENDENT, and with no third party (managers, agents, lable exects, etc) and no gimmick, they are on the road to the top. With Mean flow and lyrics that say something Bud-Ez makes an impact everytime words come out of there mouths. In honesty our music isn’t the “club banger” style, we can still bump but we‘re not about rides and bling and all that. We talk about real life topics but mainly our two major focal points are the education and discussion of the drug policies relating to the legalization of marijuana and also the stronger more serious topic of federal invasion into the rights and liberties of citizens by government and the corruption and scandals that plague our system, and voicing our opinions on the 9/11 attacks and other so called "Conspiracies" you can tell that there are plenty of subject we can touch on but its what you ultimately do that can make the difference cuz We may not always be right but we want people to BE and THINK for themselves and not judge something based on the way society or someone else wants them to see things. As for our music, we have a 40+ song catalog, and we are about to debut our third album in 2010, which will be a dual disc titled "The Domino Effect of Organized Chaos", but be on the lookout for a mixtape to drop before that, while also working on starting our own Multi-Faceted company more details in the future. We have performed shows from Virginia, to D.C., Maryland, Philadelphia, Harrisburg PA, New Jersey, and Delaware (of course) so for Booking Info contact: bud-ez@live.com Only about 7-8 months in to writing and recording in 2007 (BUD-EZ) had a brilliant idea, Put the already recorded songs on a CD (recorded in basement on a old laptop) and walk straight into Def Jam with no clue to what they were doing. So needless to say After getting RUSHED by security and escorted out they didn't let that stop them, several months later while talking to some A&R's from various major lables at a hip-hop showcase (BUD-EZ) had an epiphany they said "FUCK A MAJOR LABELS DONT ACKNOWLEDGE ME, WE'LL GO INDEPENDENT... LIKE IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE" (BUD-EZ) are the Most Chilled, layed back, potsmokin, stay stoned, got problems, but dont give a shit, hip-hop to the heart individuals this side of the Mississippi, So don't give in to the corporate controlled media who say that "those who oppose our governmental structure are nothing but godless terrorist". We know people will dislike some things we do and or say, but ONLY THE REALIST FEEL THIS. and you might see an upside down Flag but note that this is not a sign of terror but a sign of a country in distress, So join the movement..No FUCK THAT JOIN THE REVOLUTION AND REJUVENATION OF A NATION OF FREE THINKERS so Blaze'em if you got'em take it E-Z
