Album Notes
Brendan W. McCarthy has been writing and performing music for over 40 yrs. For the last ten years he has been composing instrumentals to match television shows, documentaries and movies.He lives in the peaceful mountains of Switzerland where he gets most of his inspiration."On the shores of eternity is project that took about five years to complete.The programming of the backing orchestration was done many times to get the exact emotions that the artist wanted to get across.The sound of the classical guitar is also very unique in that the recording was done with both the guitar's internal pickup and external stereo mics.
This blend gives a soaring but a precise, full and gentle sound. Each note on these guitar instrumental tracks has been played beautifully with the thought of giving the listener a truly memorable experience.Enjoy
