Album Notes

Recorded in West Seattle (WA), "Vampire Happy Hour" consists of ten tracks written by Brian Marshall with help from long time Mayfly collaborator Dan McKinnis and the band. The album was produced by Brian and co-producer Jody "Raven" Buntzler, who helped record vocals on Brian's last album "Unfinished Thoughts."
Asked about the new album Brian said, "It's a chance for fans to hear the band doing what we do rather than a produced version of songs I'd worked on with scores of contributing musicians in the past. I think old fans and new fans alike will dig this album and help spread the word. We're already working on tunes for a follow up."

Fantastic album! Very good pacing to the album which keeps you wanting to play it again and again in the car or at home or out with friends. Engaging lyrics and catchy tunes. Nicely Done Brian Marshall Band. Another fine collection of rock 'n roll, just like your other albums.

Having seen these guys live I was not sure what to expect from a debut album, but I was pleasantly surprised! I really like Weekend in Tokyo, CC Rider, Shelley and Gum on my Shoe. It is one of those albums that feels way too short, flows great and inspires many listens. Brian Marshall is a true Rock Star!!!
