In the summer of 2009, I began to write a collection of songs considering my beliefs and asking the question, “what should my life look like based on what I say I believe?” The results have been personally life changing and convicting. “Protest Songs” is a call to resistance against our indifference and apathy. It isn’t just words but a better way to live.
Thanks in large part to The Reckoning for making this project possible and the incredible opportunity to partner the arts with a mission, half the proceeds will be going back to The Reckoning International to aid them in their work to see poverty defeated in communities around the world.
