I have always wanted to record a collection of Christmas/holiday songs featuring unique flavors of creativity! But what began as a “little” side project over two years ago, has ended in what I feel was one of my greatest creative journeys!
What you will hear is a unique instrumental "marriage" featuring a wide variety of textures. I have utilized everything from orchestral instruments, to acoustic instruments like guitars, mandolin and harmonica, to ethnic instruments and hand percussion. Essentially, this is an easy-listening album with a folksy/world edge!
I selected these songs based solely on their melodic/musical value and because they are timeless. So however you choose to observe the holidays, I hope this music will brighten your season, and help to create fond memories for many years to come!
