Café Musique’s second CD, "Catching Your Breath", starts softly with a dream and goes out with a vastly wild and adventurous gypsy tune that weaves in and out of a middle-eastern vision. You are then gently returned back to earth with what could be one of the most beautiful melodies you'll ever hear, "Sunday River". The journey between takes the listener in a time capsule from Eddie Cantor’s 1920’s mega-hit "Dinah" to Canada’s unofficial national anthem, "Hallelujah". Throw in a Venezuelan waltz that the band wasn’t sure where or how to end along with a number of original compositions and we think you too will be catching your breath.
