Album Notes

The Camel is a solo project by the Saudi Arabian artist Mohd Al-Hajjaj (guitarist, vocalist and song-writer from Saudi’s most dangerous band, “Sound of Ruby”.) This is his first solo project: A concept album titled 'Friends' Dreams'. The album contains stories of dreams contributed by Al-Hajjaj and his friends. Each dream has been shaped into a song. The album is divided into 3 main parts: Sad Dreams, Strange Dreams and Nightmares. Al-Hajjaj has colaberated with musical guests from all over Saudi Arabia.

After 14 years of being a part of the Saudi Arabian rock scene in the band Sound of Ruby, and after releasing 8 full-length albums, Al-Hajjaj has forged his latest masterpiece using powerful visions, etheral delights, and deep unconscious desires… the sound and soul of dreams. AlHajjaj is also a part of other music acts such as the Al-Hajjaj Brothers and C.S.N.
