Alan Riva (Captain Al) is the founder and president of ETM (Enrichment Through Music) Productions.

Alan is a seasoned musician, songwriter and preschool educator, having spent 12 years creating and performing innovative and enriching entertainment for thousands of preschool children. He has received critical acclaim from parents, teachers, and caregivers for his keen ability to understand how young children learn through music, along with his unique way of communicating positive values and critical preschool foundational skills with an innovative combination of song, movement, activities, puppets, and social learning skills.
