Lick your lips. Taste Chassis. Formed in December of 2008, the cross-continental-duo is comprised of Benjamin Bethurum (Seattle based sound designer, synth doctor, and audio strategist) and Maggie Godwin (New York based vocalist and co-horting musical minx). The duo creates an amalgamation of sounds - a mish-mash of electronica, pop, and dance - that engage in provocative flirtation with a gritty accumulation of synthetics that can tolerate high pressures. Sounds are lain on beds of talk box effects and hyper beats, and the chemical reaction of the duo expels beacons of light onto beds of motion.
