I was deeply stirred during the writing of most of these songs by the reality of the Kingdom of God being a present reality and struck by the Church's isolation from the real world, promoting a piety that does little to affect our society. The song Into the Street addresses the need for the Church to stop hiding within it's four walls and take church out into the street. Let Justice Roll Down is one of my all time favorites. Can I Go With You has a really cool African feel which I like.
