Danielle Wilson, like many New Orleans' artists was exposed to gospel music at an early age. Her vibrant and powerful voice has provided her with a variety of vocal opportunities. Most noted is representing Xavier University of New Orleans in the first ever 105 Voices of History National Choir. As a member of this prestigious group she was also selected as a solist for the Washington, D.C. choral program. Additionally, Danielle received rave reviews for her portrayal of Mahalia Jackson in the Jefferson Performing Arts Society's production of "Mahalia-Mahalia," which also had a month-long run at a casino along Mississippi's gulf coast. Last, but not least, Danielle just completed her first international tour of Italy under her own name.
