I should have known that this familiar funky sound came from one of the members of one of the greatest Funk Bands the world has ever heard, "Con Funk Shun". Its good to know that Danny Thomas, the original keyboard player who wrote several hit songs for the group, can stand on his own. This is the Funk that I grew up listening to. What a great CD!
