The album features the hegalong, a two-stringed, boat-like guitar unique to the indigenous people of southern Philippines. Two strings may seem limiting, but they become a two-way path of inspiration in the hands of virtuoso musical artist Diwa de Leon. Two strings turn into bold melodies and intricate improvisations, producing multi-string effects.
