8-Bit Jesus is a chiptunes album of classic Christmas songs arranged in the style of classic videogames for the Nintendo Entertainment System. With tracks like "Carol of the Belmonts" and "Joy to Commando", this set of holiday favorites is the perfect soundtrack for any gamers holiday season.

Released first as a 9-track teaser on December 2, 2008, the full 18-track album was officially made available to the public on December 20th as a free download from DoctorOctoroc.com - the Doc's present to the gaming world. Due to overwhelming demand for physical copies of the album, a professional press was arranged and a 6-panel digipack was designed by artist and professional illustrator, Jude Buffum.
