Album Notes

Formed in the summer of 2007 Dryrun is a Hard Rock/Metal band in the vein of Atreyu, Killswitch Engage, and Bullet for My Valentine. The band consists of five rockers (Josh – Vocals, Jeremy – Guitars, Cory – Guitars, Calvin – Bass, Matt – Drums) from Winnipeg, Manitoba - Canada. Although it has been only a few short years, Dryrun has had the opportunity to play with the best local acts as well as numerous touring bands from all over Canada. They have been known for their energetic stage show and balls to the wall attitude. Dryrun falls nothing short of a hard working band that is driven to succeed; and they are determined to stay that way.
“Straight forward metal mayhem with a good flow and good stage presence.” – Deon Wysoski – theshtick.ca
Approaching their third year together, the band has just independently released their debut full length album entitled "All Fear Aside". "This time around it's going to be different, this time around we are doing things our way" - Cory Pereira. "We took our sweet time on this one, and I think people will really see how much we've grown since we released our EP" - Matt Bileski. With success from their five track EP entitled "Feed The Hate" including radio play in the U.S and Canada, Dryrun can't wait to see what the release of their full length will bring. "We just love to get up on stage and leave it all up there, we never want to step off the stage and think to ourselves...oh we should have done this or played this better, we have fun and go hard all the time" – Josh Pereira.

The band is eagerly working on their future plans of touring in the summer of 2010, and with the release of the new album only time will tell what the future holds in store for five rockers of Dryun. "Although it has only been three years, we've been through a lot, good and bad; we stay focused and try to never get bumped off stride. We are driven to achieve our goals and I think that is what will make us stand out in the end" - Jeremy Jost.
