Album Notes

The first full length record by Victoria, BC's Durban Poison. Matti, H.R., Kamino and the Bird came together in the summer of 2009 and just half a year later recorded Stereophonic Tonic with legendary producer/engineer Jesse Gander (the Jolts, Pack A.D., Subhumans, 3 Inches of Blood etc. etc.) at the Hive Studios in Burnaby, BC. The drums, guitars, bass and vocals were all recorded recorded live-off-the-floor to capture the raw energy Durban Poison is getting known for and which the band refers too as "coming together" in sound. Durban truly does come together on this album to produce nine tracks of non-stop rock n roll action.
