ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
I see the struggles in my Latino community, and based on my own life and the struggles that surround me I have created an escape. DONDE (WHERE) is one of my favorite songs since it explains the constant fight in finding personal freedom in physical places, when freedom has always been inside. LIBERAL is a protest against the injustice that the poor has to endure, this lyrics are made to give hope even in adversities. POETA talks about the beautiful beings that we all are, full of light and our power of choice. NINA A DESTIEMPO (GIRL IN-TIME) I wrote these lyrics to my Transitions/Transiciones Sisters (A group of brave women at Mt. Hood Community College) This song tells the story of us as women.
The music and lyrics come to me in dreams, but the message is always clear.
