Album Notes

THE REASON THE ALBUM EXISTS IS...
...the indescribable generosity of Mr. William Kaiser, patron, father, and friend extraordinaire. Mr. Kaiser built the Ark as an artistic safe haven, a home where music can live in its purest form at no charge to the musicians inhabiting it. Over the summer of 2008, we played the role of Noah and the animals, boarding this Ark to escape the floods of oblivion. (Well, we're still treading water in that flood.) In brief, without Mr. Kaiser's aid, not only with his space, but with his time, effort, and almost unimaginable willingness to live with six high school musicians for a whole summer, none of this could have ever happened. We are eternally grateful.

We are currently back in the ark, and well into the second album. Hopefully this time it won't take 2 years to release!
