ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Lullaby for Heathen Spawn - EP" is part of future full length concept album release based on a horror story written by Faethom's singer/keyboardist, The full length will be smashing skulls in early 2010 under the name of "In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Unholy".

As demented narrators of the macabre, Faethom brings you a unique and terrifying blend of Heavy Metal, madness, and horror. If you like Metal in the vein of Mercyful Fate/ King Diamond, Morbid Angel, Megadeth, Moonspell, Ancient and Death then you will definitely enjoy Faethom. Bringing to life the grim characters of their stories, schizophrenic vocals switch ominously between growls, howls, and screams to power melodies and bluesy grunts. Dark, melodious riffs powered by twisted creativity bring the head-banging dead back to life. Machine-gun drumming pounds the beat of a thousand demon hooves into you brain. Haunting guitar solos, brain-crushing bass licks, and tenebrous keyboards set the nightmarish tone for an experience unlike any you’ve ever had. Faethom will delve deep into the darkest recesses of your brain with their music and bring you to the ultimate apex of fear with their tales.
