Going for a massage? Why not take your own soothing sound environment along with you?
Perhaps you're giving the massage. Try using these soundscapes to help you help your clients relax into those alpha/delta/theta zones.
Maybe you are having trouble sleeping or, in these trying times, you just feel stressed !!
Are you practicing meditation or slow movement Tai Chi ?
Possibly you just like to recline in that easy chair or take that comforting cat nap.
That's where these soundscapes can be of help !

Each soundscape has been carefully crafted to include pure sine waves, open intervals and soft voice tones that create a sense of calm and comfort to help you access that brainwave state that can be so healing to our overtaxed and overtasked brains and bodies.
There are four basic soundscapes:
Trk 1 Rainy Day Touch (16:18 min.)
Trk 2 Healing Touch (15:18 min.)
Trk 3 Night Touch (17:18 min.)
Trk 4 Touch the Sky (15:07 min.)
Each of these is downloadable and can of course be used in any combination that you so wish, if you have the means and knowledge to sequence them by yourself.
For those of you (in particular Massage Therapists and Hypnotherapists) who would rather buy them already sequenced, tracks 5 through 8 are for you. I have down the work for you and have chosen four different sequences, each lasting an uninterrupted one hour and three minutes. I made them different so that, if you wish, you may use a different sequence (shuffle) each time to keep them fresh and novel to the brain.
