Grammie says: "My grandchildren love when I sing to them, and love it even more when I play the guitar and sing, too. So I decided to make them an album. I took my guitar, asked a friend (Ken Adams) to help me make a record. Before I knew it, there I was in Ken’s garage, singing and playing into a microphone. It was cold, there was no heat in the garage, but we had a lot of fun getting it ready. I made just enough copies for my kids and for Ken’s daughter, Jubilee. It came out so well and everybody liked it so much that Ken and I decided to make the album FOR REAL! I went back to sing again, this time in an actual music studio. Then another good friend, Susan Manning, who is an incredibly wonderful artist, drew a design for the cover and made a special picture for each song. Nancy Wilkins, another great friend who does magical things on a computer put everything together and created “Grammie’s Busy Pages.” Again, before I knew it, Grammie’s Greatest Hits with music, stickers, coloring pages, and a game, was ready to go. Well, all I can say is, it’s a good thing I have so many good friends, who are very, very talented."
