Album Notes

Married couple Amy and Jason Chorney moved to San Francisco from Minneapolis in 2007. After 2 years of dedication to the SF open mic scene and steady gigging around the Bay Area, Great Girls Blouse has released their first California made disc, “Black Helicopters”.

The title track, #3, and track #2 are both themed around the negative power of conspiracy theories on the internet and how this paranoia brought about a tragic end to one of the first friends they made in the San Francisco acoustic scene.
