Helene is born and raised in Malmo, Sweden.
She got her first lead role in a musical at the age of 14, the role that changed her life, she got at the age 19. The role was the Narrator in Andrew Lloyd Webbers “Joseph”, which Helene played for 2 years to sold out houses. During this time she was asked to do a voice test for a new Walt Disney movie, Pocahontas, it was a dream come true. Walt Disney gave Helene the thumbs up to do the lead role of Pocahontas in her native language, Swedish.
After 2 years with her then voice teacher, Jack Abraham, she made the move to New York to go to musical theatre school (AMDA). Helene even managed to get an agent in New York before moving there, but it wasn’t much she could do for her since she didn’t have her green card at the time.
Helene ended up moving to Florida after meeting her now husband, while singing at an event at the Flagler museum in Palm Beach. Helene started doing musicals shortly after moving down to Florida, lately Helene has mostly been doing corporate events and singing at clubs. Helene was the opening act for Andrea Bocelli at a private event.
Helene comfortable sings many styles, Broadway, jazz, classical, pop, R&B and soul.
Helene is also coming out with her first album, all songs written and produced by Helene her self.
