Alarmingly charming...It's True is a band that will suck you in with sing-along melodies, three-part harmonies, and floating keyboard parts...only to sucker-punch you with bursts of feedback, whirlwind drumming, and lyrics that would rip a nun's heart out.

This Double EP entitled, "there,there, now...I think it's best if I leave" was released (in physical format only) on bedroom label Slo-Fi records in February of 2009. Now completely unavailable in physical form (digital only!), these 4-track basement recordings helped lay the groundwork for It's True!'s as-yet-untitled full-length, which was recorded in Omaha, Nebraska at studios owned by Conor Oberst and The Faint. The full-length is being aggressively shopped to labels worldwide and will hopefully be released in March of 2010.
