A minister's daughter from a small town in Minnesota, Jana (pronounced Jay-na) Anderson has been singing all of her life. With her first solo performance in front of an audience at age 3, Jana fell in love with the stage. She moved on to church singing and leads in high school musicals. Before leaving Minneapolis to embark on her professional music career, Jana attended the University of Minnesota.

Having toured extensively as a backing vocalist for some of the music industry's biggest names, including Stevie Nicks, Don Henley, Fleetwood Mac, and Jewel, Jana has also performed on almost every major television variety show, such as the Tonight Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. She has sung on recordings by Prince, Don Henley and the "Live at Boston" DVD/CD by Fleetwood Mac. Other highlights of her career include appearances as a guest performer with Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder and Celine Dion.

With "Never Say Never," Jana steps out front with her own brand of country rock. Her dynamic vocal power and range are trademarks, and her riveting stage persona continues to captivate audiences everywhere.
