Peaceful music with a touch of ambience. The gentle sound of the ocean sometimes mixed with the deep song of the whales. Indian mystic mantras and dreamlike soundscapes makes you relax into your inner harmonious heart. The music is composed to make you relax, breath slowly. Just sit or lie down and feel your body in awareness or go into deeper meditation. It can also be used when you do nothing. Some of it is better to listen to with headphones, so you can hear the details and feel the relaxing influence of alpha waves.
