When you're approached with the thought of not having your father around forever, it makes you think hypothetically, what if?
So I was awakened one night at 3:00am and I began to write this song for my father who had just gone through a quadrupole bypass heart surgery. Being that we had lost so much time not being together, I was not ready to lose him. Personally in my life, both my earthly father and my heavenly father are always being criticized of discredited by others, who are always deemed to have an opinion. It does not matter, HE's STILL MY DADDY, and I love Him so!
