Magic Fingers EFT is my own simplified version of bringing Emotional Freedom Techniques(TM) to young children through music play.

What is EFT(TM)?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, a highly effective and totally safe method of acupressure that uses tapping fingers to stimulate specific energy meridian points on your body. Pioneered by founder Gary Craig, EFT (TM) is successfully used by people of all ages to shift challenging emotions and find personal peace. 

How can EFT (TM) Help My Family?
When one person in a family system is out of balance, it can affect the whole family.  Through this simple technique of "tapping" on energy meridians, everyone experiences greater emotional stability. Family balance is just a "tap" away!

Why EFT (TM) and Music?
Music is a fun and time-tested way of teaching children new skills.  You and your child can share the joy of singing and moving together, while learning a common language for shifting energy through EFT (TM) tapping.  Transform challenging emotions such as fear, anger, grief and frustration.
